Shift Type: Varies, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and communicate changes to the nursing team
Support safe and dignified mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Assist with meal service, feeding, and ensuring proper hydration
Maintain clear, timely documentation and contribute to care plans
Work collaboratively with nurses and care staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Promote a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential in the appropriate state
CPR/BLS certification required or willing to obtain
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Comfortable working overnight shifts and supporting a variety of resident needs
Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused with good communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved nursing assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical skills in basic patient care and ADLs
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
Familiarity with resident rights, dignity, and safety practices
Basic charting and following care plan instructions
