Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and mobility
• Monitor and document resident condition and report changes to nursing staff
• Support safe transfer and positioning to reduce fall risk and improve comfort
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer emotional support

Qualifications

• Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification for the region (LNA / T-LNA accepted)
• Active state authorization to practice in NH (and VT authorization if applicable to role)
• Ability to pass background checks and any required facility screenings
• Comfort with night-shift responsibilities and working rotating weekends/holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Bedside care and safe resident handling techniques
• Resident observation, accurate charting and documentation
• Infection prevention and standard precautions
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
• Compassionate communication with residents, families and care teams
