Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and ensure dignity in daily activities
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) with respect and patience
Support safe mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team promptly
Document care accurately and timely to maintain clear communication across shifts
Help maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment for everyone
Participate in meaningful shift handoffs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

Valid LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification — aligned with the LNA classification in the job details
Authorized to work in New Hampshire (facility located in NH)
Comfortable and reliable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift, including weekends
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in providing patient-centered personal care with empathy
Familiarity with documentation practices and timely charting
Knowledge of infection control and basic safety protocols
Good time management — able to prioritize resident care during busy shifts
Collaborative approach to working with nurses, therapists, and support staff
