Candidate Pay Rate: $70 - $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department (PT, OT, ST) to ensure smooth, patient-centered care
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations to protect patients and the facility
Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and documentation standards to optimize team performance
Support clinical excellence and quality patient care outcomes through coaching and process improvement
Act as a liaison between therapy staff, facility leadership, and corporate partners to align goals and resources

Qualifications

Active therapy license (PT, OT, or SLP) valid in California
Previous experience as a Director of Rehabilitation or in a rehab leadership role within a Skilled Nursing Facility
Proven leadership, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills
Working knowledge of Medicare guidelines and Skilled Nursing Facility regulations

Knowledge & Skills

Leadership and team management in a post-acute care setting
Clear, effective communication with clinical teams and facility leadership
Organizational skills for staffing, scheduling, and documentation management
Knowledge of Medicare guidelines, SNF regulations, and compliance best practices
Focus on clinical quality, productivity metrics, and patient-centered outcomes
