Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide dependable allied health support in line with facility protocols and high standards of care
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Document care and interventions accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is ready when patients need it
• Follow safety, infection-control, and compliance procedures to protect patients and staff
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families to improve the care experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant allied health experience (as indicated in the job posting)
• Current, unrestricted license or certification in your allied specialty (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent as required by facility
• Ability to pass facility credentialing and background checks in a timely manner
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant allied health degree or certificate preferred
• Completion of an accredited program or training in your allied specialty

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate documentation practices
• Solid clinical assessment and patient-care skills relevant to allied practice
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills for patient interactions and team coordination
• Ability to follow protocols, adapt to changing priorities, and problem-solve on the fly
