Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Support patient mobility safely, including transfers and ambulation
Maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment for patients
Communicate clearly with nurses and interdisciplinary team to support care plans
Document care accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies
Follow infection control procedures and promote patient dignity and privacy

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential in good standing
Ability to pass facility background checks and required health screenings
Comfortable working 12-hour daytime shifts and providing direct patient care
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Previous CNA experience preferred but new grads with solid training are welcome

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of an approved CNA training program required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and safe patient handling
Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
Familiarity with documentation best practices and care charting
Infection prevention and standard precautions
Teamwork and effective communication with clinical staff
