Location: Watsonville, CA
Contract Type: Perm

Candidate Pay Rate: $45.5 - $45.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment programs under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Document care and patient progress accurately and thoroughly in clinical records
- Collaborate with rehabilitation and nursing teams to coordinate care and support patient goals
Qualifications
- Valid California COTA license
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Available for full-time work in Watsonville, CA
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy treatment principles and interventions
- Strong documentation skills and attention to patient progress
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary rehab and nursing team
- Familiarity with SNF workflows and patient care processes preferred
