Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications safely and accurately using MAR and TAR documentation
Provide compassionate patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Chart in PCC and maintain clear, timely patient records
Monitor patient status, report changes to the care team, and escalate concerns when needed
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Follow infection control practices and facility safety policies to protect patients and staff
Support admissions, transfers, and discharges with professional, patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential (must be credentialed and local to the area)
Demonstrated experience with medication administration
Required knowledge of PCC, MAR, and TAR (these are must-haves for this role)
Comfortable working overnight 12.5-hour shifts
Up-to-date immunizations, background check, and any facility-required onboarding documentation

Education

LPN diploma or practical nursing certificate (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with PCC electronic charting
Accurate MAR and TAR documentation skills
Strong medication administration and safety practices
Solid clinical assessment and patient observation skills
Clear communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
Time management for overnight patient care and documentation
