Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in an assisted living/long term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to orders
• Perform resident assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident wellbeing
• Support infection control practices and ensure resident safety
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed
• Complete required competency testing and facility-specific trainings
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to coordinate care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be valid and verifiable)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience or comfort working in long term care and assisted living environments
• Ability to complete License/Certificate Verification and Trinity competency testing
• Must complete required health screenings: Fit Test, 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), and Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen
• Completion of Trinity Respirator Evaluation and Trinity Color Vision check as required
• Up-to-date immunizations/records: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19 vaccine, Influenza vaccine
• Valid physical/health statement on file

• Medication administration and documentation proficiency
• Infection control and safety-minded approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents and families
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping and compliance
• Adaptability to varied per diem schedules and unit needs
