Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the care team
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor vital signs and clinical status throughout the overnight shift
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the chart
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Provide compassionate patient- and family-centered care during the night
Respond to emergencies with calm, skilled clinical actions

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (required)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred
Comfortable and experienced working overnight acute-care or clinical shifts
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and effective communication skills
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Completion of an accredited nursing program and active RN license

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient assessment and bedside clinical care
Experience with medication administration and IV therapy
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle emergent situations
Effective teamwork and clear communication with nightshift teams
