Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to progressive care patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Educate patients and families to empower them on their health journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in PCU or similar
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in progressive care nursing protocols
Proficiency with telemetry monitoring and cardiac care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced hospital settings
