Roles & Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight for the entire Occupational Therapy Department
Directly supervise COTAs and Rehabilitation Technicians to ensure top-notch care
Coordinate clinical education and competency processes for staff excellence
Ensure full compliance with all regulations, policies, and professional standards
Oversee the policy and procedure manual for scope of care and documentation
Evaluate and treat patients 80% of your time, making a real difference
Assist with program development and administrative tasks 20% of the time

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy school
Currently licensed in California by the Board of Medical Quality Assurance
Possess all additional qualifications recommended by the CA Therapy Board and Rehabilitation Services Department
Member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) preferred

Education

Graduate of a school of Occupational Therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association
