Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Float seamlessly between medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units delivering top-notch patient care
Master equipment like Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes to make a real difference
Respond to diverse procedures across units while maintaining exceptional nurse-to-patient ratios
Collaborate with dedicated teams to ensure smooth patient outcomes and unit flow

Qualifications

Active Hawaii RN license required by start date - we'll help you get it
BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory, PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, or ENPC preferred
2-10 years of nursing experience to bring your expertise to this dynamic flex role

Education

RN licensure with active Hawaii state license

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Meditech EMR, Pyxis medication dispensing, wound vac systems, and chest tubes
Strong adaptability for floating between medical, Laulima surgical acute, and cardiovascular units
Excellent clinical judgment in varying nurse-to-patient ratios from 1:4 to 1:6
