Shift Type: 3x12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage critically ill patients including sepsis, respiratory failure, and ventilator cases
Titrate essential drips like heparin, vasopressors, and sedations
Monitor telemetry strips and care for all age groups from peds to adults
Collaborate with in-house hospitalist, RT, and charge RN for optimal patient outcomes
Assist in floating as needed while maintaining excellent teamwork

Qualifications

Active RN license, Oregon license or eligible for 90-day emergency license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Comfortable with mixed adult and occasional stable pediatric patients

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management
Drip titrations including heparin, vasopressors, insulin, and sedation
Telemetry strip reading
Care for common ICU conditions like DKA, COPD, and respiratory infections
