Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the Physical Therapy Department with passion, training and supervising your talented team
Craft personalized therapy programs using innovative techniques like heat, cold, manual therapy, ultrasound, and gait training to transform patient lives
Deliver hands-on care to patients, modifying treatments as needed and collaborating with physicians for optimal outcomes
Oversee clinical practice for students, demonstrating techniques and empowering the next generation of therapists
Manage scheduling, progress reports, budgets, and supply orders to keep the department running smoothly
Champion quality improvement and represent the organization with professionalism in the community

Qualifications

Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school
Current Washington State Physical Therapy License
BLS certification
Five years of practical physical therapy experience
Three years management experience in a Rehab Therapy department

Education

Graduation from a School of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and regulations
Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Proficient in mathematical concepts like probability, statistics, fractions, and ratios
Excellent reasoning to solve practical problems and interpret varied instructions
Confident presenting to groups and responding to patient and manager inquiries
