Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities like bathing and dressing to enhance their comfort
Take vital signs and gather key info from caregivers to support treatment plans
Answer resident calls promptly and observe for skin integrity changes
Turn, reposition, and transfer residents safely to bed, chair, or wheelchair
Maintain spotless resident care areas by changing sheets and restocking supplies

Qualifications

Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Current CPR Certification
Ability to thrive under pressure while connecting with residents, families, and staff

Education

Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Current CPR Certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong English communication skills for reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending resident care plans and ADLs

Benefits

30 pay increments to reward up to 30 years of experience
