Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality mammography imaging procedures with precision and care
• Educate patients compassionately while ensuring their comfort and safety
• Maintain radiation safety standards and perform daily QA to uphold excellence
• Operate advanced equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with radiologists
• Document meticulously in EHR and manage records for seamless workflow
• Contribute to quality improvement, training staff, and inventory management
• Assist flexibly across modalities, clerical duties, and patient transport as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• ARRT registration in Radiology (R) and Mammography (M)
• Current BLS certification
• At least 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• Legally authorized to work in the US with clean background and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in mammography imaging and radiation safety protocols
• Proficiency with EHR, PACS, RIS/HIS systems
• Cross-training in MRI, CT, DEXA and other modalities
• Patient education, QA processes, and equipment troubleshooting
• Independent judgment with strong organizational skills
