Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional resident care through thorough assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding resident outcomes
Administer treatments and medications with precision and compassion
Interpret diagnostic tests and formulate personalized plans of care
Educate residents and families to empower their health journey
Document care meticulously while supporting the organization's mission

Qualifications

At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Current California RN license
Current CPR certification

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery of the nursing process
Administering treatments and medications
Interpreting diagnostic tests
Formulating plans of care
Collaborating with healthcare providers
Providing patient and family education

Benefits

Sign on Bonus: $7,500.00
30 pay increments on pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience
