Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography procedures to deliver precise diagnostic images
• Administer x-radiation and contrast media with expert care
• Prepare and position patients for optimal results while minimizing anxiety
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to support physician interpretations
• Provide patient education and initiate life support when needed
• Collaborate on supply decisions and mentor students and partners
• Apply patient safety principles throughout every procedure

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program with education verification
• 2 years of CT experience to hit the ground running
• ARRT Radiography registration required
• ARRT Computed Tomography registration required
• IEMA-DNS radiography accreditation required
• Approved CPR or BLS certification required

• Expertise in computed tomography procedures and x-radiation
• Skilled in producing diagnostic images and patient preparation
• Proficient in imaging equipment operation and contrast media administration
• Knowledge of radiographic, fluoroscopic and portable exams
