Shift Type: Days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend required, holidays required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients with CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, CKD, and med/surg tele needs
Monitor and interpret tele strips with confidence while techs assist
Collaborate with PCTs, RTs, and leadership for seamless patient outcomes
Float to other med/surg units to make a broader impact
Manage high-flow, CPAP, and BiPAP patients with skill and empathy

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS (AHA) certification
2+ years of experience
Strong communication and time management skills

Education

BSN not required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in reading tele strips
Proficiency with common med/surg tele diagnoses
Excellent patient communication
Solid time management in a 6:1 ratio environment
