Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 guaranteed hours per week, every other weekend, call required

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical emergency care to patients in high-stakes situations
Rapidly assess and stabilize incoming trauma cases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to save lives
Masterfully navigate Meditech documentation under pressure
Float as needed to support the hospital's mission
Champion patient safety and exceptional outcomes every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license required - no temp licenses accepted
2+ years of overall nursing experience
2+ years of ER specialty experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications
NIH Stroke Scale certification
Ready to rock royal blue scrubs in Dallas ER

Education

RN licensure from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency trauma care
Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
Strong stroke assessment via NIHSS
Advanced life support skills ACLS/PALS/TNCC
Ability to thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
