Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient education tailored to individual needs using the best modalities
• Champion patient safety with proactive measures like proper equipment use and restraint protocols
• Masterfully operate and troubleshoot essential equipment in PCU, Telemetry, and MedSurg areas
• Uphold rigorous infection control and isolation procedures to protect everyone
• Maintain precise, timely documentation of patient care, interventions, and responses
• Execute physician orders accurately and give thorough shift reports for seamless handoffs
• Communicate effectively across departments and report critical lab values promptly
• Keep emergency carts and supplies stocked and ready for any situation

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license required
• Experience in MedSurg/PCU settings, with willingness to flex across departments
• Quick-start availability for immediate impact in a 25-bed CAH environment
