Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate compassionate care for patients in acute settings
Conduct 5150 evaluations to ensure safety and support
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create impactful care plans
Advocate for patients' needs with empathy and expertise
Float across units to provide essential support where needed most

Qualifications

Active RN license
LCSW certification
BLS certification
5150 certification in California
2+ years of experience
Prior CA Dignity experience required

Education

RN licensure required, BSN preferred but not mandatory

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in psychiatric evaluations and crisis intervention
Proficiency with Cerner charting system
Strong care coordination and communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced acute care environments
