Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 0.9 FTE day shift, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, every third weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
Administer medications and treatments following best practices and standards
Document meticulously to ensure top-quality care records
Develop and execute personalized patient care plans with physician guidance
Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
Apply clinical expertise to support patient longitudinal care across units
Employ critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience

Qualifications

Active WI RN License
Current CPR certification
Education verification required
Experience in skilled nursing or inpatient units preferred

Education

Nursing degree with education verification

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing process expertise
Medication administration proficiency
Patient care planning
Precise documentation skills
