Roles & Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications with precision and care
Manage inventory and ensure medications are always ready for patients in need
Maintain accurate records to support seamless pharmacy operations
Support patient care by compounding prescriptions and providing vital tech expertise
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver top-notch pharmaceutical services

Qualifications

Active Pharmacy Technician certification or registration
Current state license in good standing
Experience in a pharmacy setting, especially in correctional or hospital environments
Reliable and detail-oriented with a passion for patient safety

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical calculations and compounding
Proficiency in pharmacy software and inventory management systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication for teamwork in fast-paced settings
