Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to adult med-surg patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor patient conditions closely and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful treatment plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Educate patients and families to empower their healing journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Recent med-surg experience on a tele floor
BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied patient needs

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in electronic health records
Adaptability to meet low/mid/high performance expectations
