Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to pinpoint impairments and craft personalized recovery paths
Design and tweak therapeutic interventions that empower patients to reclaim their daily lives
Promote injury prevention and wellness programs for all ages in this vibrant community
Collaborate with colleagues through consultations, education, and cutting-edge research
Maintain precise patient records to ensure seamless care and progress tracking

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license for Colorado (or permit while awaiting exam)
Current CPR certification
Minimum 2 years experience in Outpatient and Ortho Care
Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved physical therapy school

Education

Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
Training per Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association standards

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in patient assessments and therapeutic interventions
Strong background in outpatient and orthopedic care
Skilled in maintaining detailed patient records
Passion for health promotion, fitness, and wellness across all ages
