Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced 8-OR suite handling everything from orthopedics to cardiac procedures
Collaborate seamlessly with charge RNs, CSTs, anesthesia teams, and providers
Maintain 1:1 patient ratios while utilizing cutting-edge equipment like Belmont rapid infusion
Respond swiftly to on-call needs with a 30-minute turnaround
Champion patient care priorities in a teamwork-focused environment

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of experience, including 1 year in acute care hospital setting
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ready to thrive in multiple service lines with a team-player mindset

Education

RN licensure with relevant nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Experience across orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac procedures
Bonus points for transplant and spine expertise
Strong teamwork with providers and staff, always putting patient care first
