Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to med/surg tele patients, monitoring vital signs and telemetry rhythms with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute personalized care plans
Respond swiftly to patient needs, ensuring safety and comfort during night shifts
Educate patients and families on conditions and recovery strategies
Document care meticulously to support seamless handoffs and optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of recent med/surg tele experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong telemetry interpretation skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac monitoring and telemetry
Proficiency with med/surg patient care protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced night shift settings
