Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to help patients regain strength and mobility
Collaborate with therapists to create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Guide patients through exercises with encouragement and expertise
Monitor progress and adjust care to accelerate recovery journeys
Foster a positive environment that motivates every patient to achieve their goals

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing
Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Experience in rehab or outpatient settings welcomed
Compassionate approach with strong patient focus

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in therapeutic exercises and modalities
Excellent communication for building patient trust
Knowledge of rehab protocols and safety standards
Team player mindset for seamless collaboration
