Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 4 x 10 hour varied shifts with call

Hours per Week: 34

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate seamlessly in the OR to support life-changing surgeries
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
Respond to on-call needs with confidence and expertise
Maintain sterile environments and equipment for every procedure
Advocate for patients during critical moments in critical access care

Qualifications

Valid and active RN Licensure in Montana
Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and PALS certifications required
Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Critical access hospital experience (minimum 3 years preferred)
OR circulating expertise
Strong teamwork in fast-paced surgical settings
Call response readiness
