Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to adult behavioral health patients including geriatric psych and bipolar cases
Maintain optimal nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:6 for quality interactions
Collaborate with the team in a 26-bed inpatient unit using EPIC charting
Float to med-surg or OB when needed, leveraging your versatile experience
Participate in thorough 3-shift unit orientation to hit the ground running

Qualifications

Active RN license with 2+ years of experience
BLS (AHA) certification required
Experience floating outside psych highly preferred
Valid driver's license for 60-mile radius rule

Education

BSN preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in psychiatric nursing for 55+ geri psych and dementia patients
Proficiency with EPIC charting system
Strong de-escalation skills in behavioral health settings
Adaptability for floating to med-surg and OB units
