Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate seamlessly in high-stakes OR procedures making every moment count
Deliver exceptional care during ortho trauma and craniotomies with confidence and precision
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 60-70 staff across 11 bustling ORs
Utilize cutting-edge equipment like DaVinci robotics and Mazor systems to transform patient outcomes
Maintain 1:1 patient ratios ensuring personalized attention in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
BLS certification required
Strong OR circulator experience
Proven ability to function independently with craniotomies
Robust background in ortho trauma cases

Education

RN licensure from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

OR circulator expertise
Ortho trauma proficiency
Craniotomy experience
Scrub skills a fantastic plus
Team player mindset who thrives under pressure
Adaptable with a positive attitude
Familiarity with Meditech EMR and advanced OR equipment
