Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to execute procedures with precision
Monitor patients pre, intra, and post-operatively for seamless recovery
Maintain sterile environments and adhere to the highest standards of OR protocols
Advocate for patients, providing compassionate support during critical moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical procedures and instrumentation
Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
