Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every third weekend with 12 hours of call per 4 week schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care during vaginal deliveries and C-sections
Monitor and support antepartum patients with precision
Provide nurturing newborn and postpartum care that makes a real difference
Collaborate with a dedicated team in a high-volume LDRP unit
Utilize advanced fetal monitoring to ensure safe outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of labor experience
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal monitoring
Experience in high birth volume LDRP settings preferred
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced maternal infant unit

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in labor and delivery procedures
Proficiency with GE fetal monitors and Meditech/CPN EMR
Strong skills in patient ratios from 1:1 labor to 5-6:1 postpartum/nursery
Team player with OB techs, nursery nurses, and leadership
