Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to cardiovascular ICU patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your sharp clinical skills
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create optimal care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Advocate for patients and families during high-stakes moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience, with CVICU preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Proficiency with cardiac drips and post-op CV surgical care
Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments
