Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion, ensuring top-notch patient care
Oversee daily operations and mentor fellow nurses to deliver exceptional outcomes
Coordinate critical interventions for newborns, making a real difference in tiny lives
Foster a positive, high-performing unit environment that prioritizes safety and excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license in hand
BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification
NICU experience required
Proven leadership experience in a neonatal setting

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expert NICU clinical skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent decision-making under pressure
Compassionate patient and family communication
