Roles & Responsibilities

Partner with clinical leaders to establish standardized competencies that elevate patient care
Develop and implement evidence-based curriculum for nursing and CNA training
Support preceptorships and student clinical experiences for seamless onboarding
Streamline clinical competency programs to meet policy and accreditation standards
Collaborate on team projects to promote SEARHC Seven Standards of Excellence
Drive professional development that improves outcomes and employee retention

Qualifications

Current full unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Alaska or other US state
BLS for providers required
BLS instructor certification preferred or obtain within 1 year
Clinical Competency required within 3 months of hire

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a BSN

Knowledge & Skills

Professional nursing principles for long-term care patients
Evidence-based adult learner education and curriculum development
Competency evaluation and policy compliance
Familiarity with TEAMS, Workday, Canva, Articulate, Smartsheet, SharePoint, PowerPoint
