Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Assess patient status, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans
Support patient and family education with clear, empathetic communication
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

Current, active RN license (state licensure required; PA license expected for this location)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/PALS as appropriate or preferred
Clinical nursing experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical training may be considered
Ability to pass facility onboarding, background checks, and health screening requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing diploma required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
Familiarity with common hospital procedures and nursing workflows
Comfort using electronic medical records and basic clinical documentation
Prioritization, critical thinking, and time management under busy conditions
