Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate cardiac monitoring and telemetry care across multiple units
Titrate cardiac drips safely while interpreting EKGs with precision
Float between Telemetry, MedSurg, Neuro, and observation areas as needed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes
Educate patients and families about post-procedure recovery and cardiac health
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and advocate for their needs

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
NIHSS certification preferred
Strong cardiac drip titration and EKG interpretation skills
Minimum one year of recent telemetry or MedSurg experience

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry and cardiac monitoring expertise
Cardiac drip titration proficiency
EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia recognition
Ability to float between multiple units and campuses
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
