Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized therapy sessions that help patients regain independence and confidence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful rehab plans
Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population across inpatient and outpatient settings
Document progress and adjust care plans to support each patient's unique journey
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment where every win counts

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Willingness to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and rotating holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills across ortho, neuro, and general rehab populations
Comfort working with spinal cord injuries, stroke recovery, and post-surgical patients
Ability to adapt quickly between inpatient and outpatient environments
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
