Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with evening, weekend, and holiday call required; 30-minute call response time

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic 4-suite OR with GI endoscopy support
Collaborate with skilled OR techs and first assistants on robot-assisted and laparoscopic procedures
Prepare patients and equipment for a variety of cases including ortho, gyn, and podiatry
Respond promptly to call shifts while maintaining a 30-minute arrival window
Document accurately in Epic while ensuring seamless hand-offs with the care team

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
Current BLS certification
Robot and GI experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes

Knowledge & Skills

Epic electronic medical record proficiency
Robotic and laparoscopic surgical support
GI endoscopy room familiarity
Call response readiness and flexibility
Collaborative approach with OR techs and first assistants
