Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on therapy that helps patients regain strength and independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized rehab plans
Evaluate and treat a diverse mix of inpatient and outpatient cases
Support patients through recovery from strokes, spinal injuries, and orthopedic procedures
Document progress and adjust care plans to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Comfortable working both inpatient and outpatient settings
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills
Ability to work with spinal cord injuries, strokes, and post-surgical patients
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptable to both hospital and clinic environments
