Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload of 12 patients per day
Provide care across mostly orthopedic conditions while enjoying the variety that comes with a small-town setting
Collaborate with an energetic team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to create well-rounded treatment plans
Step in to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed, broadening your clinical impact
Build meaningful connections with patients in a welcoming athletic-club environment

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submission)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a general practice setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy outpatient schedule while maintaining quality care
Flexibility to provide occasional acute inpatient support
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
