Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to a diverse patient population including ortho, neuro, wound care, and general debility cases
Treat approximately seven patient hours each day across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Collaborate with an experienced team of PTAs and techs to provide seamless care
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Build meaningful connections with patients while helping them regain strength and mobility

Qualifications

Active Texas state and national PT license
Current BLS certification
IP/OP experience preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable treating fractures, sports injuries, and post-surgical patients
Able to manage a varied caseload that includes 10-15% neuro and occasional amputee rehab
Skilled in both inpatient acute/observational/skilled nursing and outpatient therapy
Ready to jump in and support the unit with a positive, can-do approach
