Location: Phoenix, Arizona

End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts with start times at 6:30 AM, 3:00 PM, and 11:30 PM; 4 weekend shifts required in an 8-week period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to neuro rehab patients recovering from TBI, stroke, and complex surgeries
Partner closely with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized recovery plans
Monitor and manage IV therapy, wound care, and other acute medical needs
Build meaningful connections with patients and families through clear, supportive communication
Float to various MedSurg units as needed, bringing your expertise wherever it's most valuable

Qualifications

Active RN license with strong MedSurg experience required
BLS certification
Rehab experience preferred
Comfortable working in a Level 1 trauma environment
Must pass dysrhythmia exam and SIMs Lab skills assessment

Knowledge & Skills

Cerner EMR proficiency
Neuro rehab patient care expertise
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to maintain sterile technique and follow safety protocols
Comfort working with high-acuity neuro population
