Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (12 Hour Nights), Every Other Weekend, No Call

Hours per Week: 60

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria
Make critical judgments based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills
Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff including LPNs and PCTs
Float to all units within your skill level to support the team

Qualifications

Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
Active American Heart Association ACLS certification required
Active American Heart Association PALS certification required
Active TNCC certification required
Active Ohio or Compact RN license (verified via Nursys)
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room experience

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency Room nursing proficiency
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with patient care planning and evaluation
