Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, developing personalized care plans to restore function and mobility
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for independent living
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment focused on healing and recovery

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maine
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
At least one year of experience in a clinical setting is a plus

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
