Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic per diem role
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and efficacy
Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report changes to the care team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing care standards, infection control, and patient safety
Skill in patient assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
