Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily activities for patients
Support nursing staff by monitoring vital signs and reporting changes
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, and meal support
Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the team

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
Current BLS/CPR certification required
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) systems
Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
